Yet another movie that I won't get to see for months and months. There are days when I truly am green eyed and envious of all you city slickers with your fancy pants movie theaters that play films other than the newest, flashiest P.O.S.

Looks great! I'm not sure if I have a fancy theater showing it nearby or not, but I'm inspired to check.
ReplyDeleteI've been checking the DC Theaters and it doesn't even look like it's going to play around here. Lame.
ReplyDeleteI figured it would be playing in your area Brad. Perhaps this will mean a quick turnaround to DVD for this flick.
ReplyDeleteCan't wait for this flick. Since it sounds like that you're not going to be able to see the film in the theaters, and just to wet your appetite, check out To Kill an Irishman: The War that Crippled the Mafia by Rick Porello. the writing is great but it's definitely an interesting read. Cheers.
ReplyDeletewisdumb- thanks for checking out the site, and even greater thanks for the book recommendation. I figured there must be a book out there on this, and now I know. Much appreciated!
ReplyDeleteYour welcome! And just a minor edit on my previous comment... I meant to type "the writing isn't great". If you pick up the book, you'll see what I mean.
